I graduated from McCullough High School in 1988 and went on to the University of Texas to get a BA in English with a Math Minor in 1993. I am certified to teach both subjects. In 2004 I graduated from Sam Houston State University with my Masters in Math.

The 2017 - 2018 school year will be my 25th year of teaching and my 21st year in Conroe ISD. I first taught at ORHS from 1993 - 2000 as Ms. Menn. Then I moved to Katy ISD to teach at Cinco Ranch High School. I taught there for 4 years, got married, then moved back to this side of town in 2004 and I got a job at ORHS again.

I have three "kids" at home, Chuy (7 years), Grant (6 years) and Colt (2 years). Chuy & Colt are Boston Terriers and Grant is a Boston Terrier/Pug mix known as a Bugg. We got Chuy and Colt when they were puppies. Grant we adoped from Pughearts Pug Rescue in January of 2016.

I still have a picture of my previous Boston Terriers Budreaux (2000-2010) and Saphi (2001-2014) on here as well because it's one of my favorites!
